I offer a variety of custom workshops designed to strengthen your relationships and increase your effectiveness interacting with diverse groups of people. The workshops are grounded in social psychological research and theory, are application based, and focus on a combination of negotiation, influence and communication skills that will help parties problem solve, manage conflict and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Negotiation is a process by which parties share information and use problem solving to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
