The Berkeley Negotiation Accelerator, at UC Berkeley Extension, is an online course that provides you with the competencies to negotiate more effectively in both collaborative and competitive situations. You are supported through learning activities completed in the workplace or in daily life combined with online course content. Upon completion, you emerge with a clear direction for reaching your negotiation goals and developing strong working relationships. The online course included 12 pre-recorded videos and four live sessions that can be viewed later on demand as your schedule permits.
